Q

How much does it cost to rent a Margarita Machine, Slush Machine or
Frozen Drink Machine?

A

$175 (plus sales tax)
Rental includes: machine, 50/ 8oz cups, straws, first batch of mix (your choice of flavor).

What am I responsible for?

A

(1)Power, (2) Alcohol and (3) Water. 

(1) You will need to provide access to a standard 110 volt 20 amp dedicated electrical circuit for each machine (please note: we are not responsible for blown circuits).  Each machine needs to be placed near the electrical outlet. Although we prefer not to use an extension cord, if the location of your party requires one, we will supply a special cord at no addition charge.  This extension is a heavy-duty 12-gauge wire-extension code and is larger than most standard extension cords.  Damage will occur to machines hooked up with smaller than 12 gauge wire extension cords.  Do not attempt to use your own extension cords with our machine. 

(2) All alcohol (i.e. Tequila, Rum, Vodka, etc.), if required for your desired drinks is your responsibility and must be present at time of delivery if you wish to include it in the first batch.  Margarita’s On the Move & More does not provide or supply any alcohol. 

(3) In addition, don’t forget the water!  You will need to provide the drinking water (3 ½ gallons, per mix)to mix the drink batches (chilled water works best and cuts down on the time required to freeze the first batch).

How much liquor should I buy?

A

2.5 liters of tequila for each margarita mix, 1.75 liters of rum for each daiquiri mix.
Liquor amounts vary depending on your flavor choice... Just ask us.

Do I have to clean the Margarita Machine?

A

No way, that's our job... all you do is enjoy your favorite frozen drink!

How long does it take for the mix to freeze from startup?

A

Approximately 1 hour - times can vary depending on water temperature and location.

Do you set up the Margarita Machine and show us how to use it?

A

Yes, we will make sure the machine is properly set up and show you how to use it before we leave.

How many drinks will each mix serve?

A

Each mix will serve 50-70 8oz drinks.

The 8-ounce cup we provide is the best size to use.  With a larger cup the drink will become warm before they finish drinking it and your guests will tend to pour out what is warm to get a frozen one!

Do you charge a deposit

A

A $25.00 deposit will be required to secure your reservation.  The balance of all rental charges will be collected upon delivery and can be paid with cash, check, or credit card.  Cancellations made more than 14 days before the reserved date will be refunded.  Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the reserved date will not be refunded.

Can these machines be used for kid’s parties?

A

Absolutely! Any of our drink flavors can be served non-alcoholic for adult or kid's events as slushies.
